1. First, visit https://business.facebook.com/creatorstudio from your computer
2. Click on the Instagram icon at the top 👇
3. Select “Create Post” and “Instagram Feed” 👇
4. Now add your image and text, then click the small arrow to the right of “Publish”. Here, you can select schedule 👇
