We help your business get started on Amazon!
Just as with many of life’s questions, when it comes to Amazon, you can find a wealth of useful information through Google. There are now countless websites, YouTube videos, online Amazon courses and much more, all offering a wide range of insights into selling on Amazon.
Whether you have already set up your own seller account on Amazon Seller Central – which is essential for selling your products on Amazon – or you are still in the research phase and just considering whether Amazon could be a good sales channel for you and your business, there is always help available. Below, you can read about the different ways to get support – both before and after you become a seller on one of the world’s largest international online marketplaces: Amazon.
As a seller on Amazon, if you have a challenge or question that requires Amazon’s assistance, you can open a case with Amazon Seller Support. Simply log in to your Amazon Seller Central account and click the ‘Help’ button. This will take you to a page where you can first describe your issue. Based on your description, you will be presented with a handful of general topics to choose from, depending on your enquiry. You will then be directed to an FAQ where you might find the answer to your question. If the FAQ does not resolve your issue, you can choose to open a case by sending your query to an Amazon support representative. You can typically expect a response within 24 hours, although in most cases you will receive an answer the same day. Sometimes, you can also start an online chat with a representative, or – as an alternative to written communication – request a call from an Amazon team member.
As an active seller on Amazon, situation-specific challenges can easily arise for which you do not know the answer and cannot simply find a solution by searching online. For this purpose, Amazon has created the so-called Amazon Seller Forums. Here, Amazon sellers can start threads with specific questions and attach screenshots, links or other materials in the hope of getting helpful solutions from other sellers or from an Amazon support representative, who may also participate in the discussion. Even if you do not yet have your own Amazon Seller Central account, you can still access the various forums to get an overall impression of the kinds of challenges you might face if you become a seller on Amazon.

Whether you are already an active Amazon seller or not, you always have the option to contact an Amazon agency like WeMarket, which specialises in helping businesses get started and/or optimise sales on Amazon. Some agencies focus specifically on delivering Amazon courses that equip businesses to manage various aspects of their Amazon sales strategy independently, while others – like WeMarket – aim to meet companies where they are and tailor the support to fit each business’s needs and situation. No matter where you are in the process, you are always welcome to contact us for a brief, no-obligation conversation about your circumstances and requirements.
