Thorupstrand Røgeri is a food company that has been operating a smokehouse in Thorupstrand since 2015. They sell fresh, sustainable fish caught along the Danish coast. Everything is homemade, and all smoked products are prepared in-house. The smokehouse includes both a shop and an online store, where the fresh catch is sold.
Jesper and Bo Olesen both feature in the TV2 programme “Gutterne på Kutterne” and have successfully driven strong growth in their shop.
